Refund Policy

The short version
If something's broken on our end, we refund you. If you've changed your mind, you can cancel anytime to stop further charges, but refunds for the current period are evaluated case by case.
Cancellation (any time)
Open the Billing button in your dashboard to cancel your subscription via the Stripe Customer Portal. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and you won't be charged again.
Refund within the first 7 days

Refunds after the first 7 days
Pro-rated refunds are not automatic. If you cancel mid-period, you keep access until the period ends; we don't refund the unused days.
Service failure
If the Service was materially broken for an extended period (multi-day outage, mass deliverability failure caused by us, billing error), we will issue a credit or refund proportional to the downtime on request. Email hola@heyboring.com with the affected dates.
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback — it's almost always faster and we're not trying to keep your money if something went wrong. A chargeback filed without contacting us first may result in immediate account termination.
